Tonibell & Cadbury Military - General Series Action Soldiers 1976 Action Soldiers 1976 12 - Distributed as a joint promotion between Mister Softee and Cadbury these cards picture soldiers from different countries and the bottoms are designed to be folded and pushed out so the soldier will stand upright. The soldiers are all armed and ready, but sadly there is no information about them or their regiment. The backs tell us that you could “go into battle with these stand-up models of the world’s toughest fighting troops!”. Also on the backs is a mini picture of ice-cream with flakes and “99 Brigade” underneath which refers to the name of the ice-cream product rather than a regiment. This set was also issued by Midland Counties and Cadbury and Mister Softee and Cadbury. An interesting set with cards size 70 x 29mm.
