Golden Era Motoring On The Move Classic British Lorries 2004 On The Move Classic British Lorries 2004 L10 - The artwork on these cards is absolutely terrific. Top marks go to artist Mike Jeffries who has captured perfectly the heyday of British-built lorries going about their business in the 1950s and ‘60s – Atkinson, A.E.C, Foden, Guy, Leyland and Scammell whose bonneted ‘Arctic Eights’ were prominent among the few articulated lorries on the roads fifty years ago, plus ERF, which, by the 1990s, was the only remaining British owned maker of heavy commercial vehicles (apart from specialist Dennis). Excellent text backs. Size 79 x 63mm.
