This set comes in its own box and contains good colour pictures of tennis venues such as Wimbledon and Flushing Meadow and players like Boris Becker, Jimmy Connors, Yannick Noah, Pat Cash, Chris Evert, Steffi Graf, Pam Shriver, Ivan Lendl, Stefan Edberg, Martina Navratilova and John McEnroe. The backs of the venues contain a list of champions, except for Victoria Park which is blank, whilst the other cards give plenty of details concerning the player and their career. For instance we learn that Gabriela Sabatini was born in Buenos Aires and won the Orange Bowl under 18 at just 14 years of age or that Swedish born Mats Wilander “now resides in Monte Carlo”. The cards all have rounded corners and the name of the venue or player in a white box at the bottom. An excellent look at tennis in the late 1980s with card size 102 x 64mm.
