Harbour Digital Motoring Jaguar Cars 1996 Jaguar Cars 1996 24 - Jaguar made their name with a series of eye-catching sports cars many of which are included in this excellent set, including the XK 120 from 1950, XK 150 and E Type from the 1960s, a 1938 SS-Jaguar 21/2 litre drophead coupe, 1955 D-Type and MK 1 2.4 litre, the 1964 XJ13, 1937 SS100 and 1988 XJ 220. The set also includes models used on the racing circuit such as the ZJR and 1988 XJR-6. Sadly apart from details of the issuers and the model number and date there is no information on the back. That said this is well drawn set sure to appeal to any car enthusiast. The cards are size 70 x 38mm.

The original 3.8 model pictured on the first of these four cards was a hit from the moment it was revealed at the Geneva Motor Show of 1961. The other three cards follow developments in style and performance with the SI FHC (1964), SII DHC and the SIII DHC of 1971 depicted as one of the last 50 special edition black E-Types. Golden Era Motoring Jaguar Classic 4th Series 2003 Jaguar Classic 4th Series 2003 L7 - Using first-class original artwork by Kenneth Wisdom, this series celebrates six post-war Jaguar “greats” starting with the 1949 Mark V (basically a pre-war update) followed by the C-Type sports-racing car which achieved first-time victory at Le Mans in 1951 to give Britain its first triumph since 1935. We see also the Mk IX, the XK120, the 2.5 Mk I and the 340, all described on the card backs, plus a title card showing the bonnet sculpture. Size 79 x 63mm.
