Golden Era Motoring Grand Prix The Early Years (Cars) 1992 Grand Prix The Early Years (Cars) 1992 L26 - Arranged more or less chronological order, this series of twenty-five pictures takes us from 1920 to 1962. The cards depicted a selection of the most thrilling and spectacular racing cars ever to grace the Grand Prix circuits of the world, driven by the famous and legendary of the day. Delage, Bugatti, Duesenberg and Auto Union of pre-war years give way to Maserati, Ferrari and B.R.M. of the post-war era. All “Stirling” stuff, if you’ll pardon the pun (Stirling Moss is pictured at the wheel on card no.20). The 26th card is a certificate of authenticity and what looks like a Lancia D50. Size 79 X 62mm
