One card was issued in each large carton and these feature scenes from the cartoon TV show with different mini picture and quote on the reverse. The cards made up a sub-set of 4, but the fourth card was rare and harder to come by. This sub set is titled Stewie and Friends and shows the youngest Griffin child, a bit of an evil genius, in scenes from the show. Size 89 x 64mm

Bassett Films, TV, Sci Fi & Comic Art Space 1999 TV Series (49 different cards from the set of 50 No 42 scarce card not included) 1976 Space 1999 TV Series (49 different cards from the set of 50 No 42 scarce card not included) 1976 49 out of 50 - This set is based on the classic TV sci-fi series, which was aired between 1975 and 1977, and follows the adventures of the crew of Moonbase Alpha. They live and work in the research station on the moon, but following a huge explosion find themselves adrift in deep space. The cards picture the crew and some of the aliens they encounter as well as action scenes from the show. The programme was created by Gerry and Sylvia Anderson who are better known for shows such as Thunderbirds and was one of the most expensive British TV series of the time. The red text backs tell the story and the cards are size 66 x 35mm.
