Mitchell Military - General Series A Model Army 1932 A Model Army 1932 30 - This is an excellent set illustrating equipment and soldiers engaged in a variety of activities from bridge-building to the operation of anti-aircraft guns, plus a look at some of the famous regiments and their armaments. A novel touch is a push-out portion by which the cards can be made to stand up, hence the use of “model” in the title. Favourite pictures have to be the group of officers on active service and the anti-tank gun in action. Each subject is concisely described on the back and this is a must for anyone with an interest in military matters. The cards are size 67 x 36mm.
