Futera (Australia) Rugby Union & League Rugby Union 1996 Predictors (Limited Edition of 4000) 1996 Rugby Union 1996 Predictors (Limited Edition of 4000) 1996 LT3 - These are limited edition Rugby Union cards, they are based around the 1996 Tri-Nations Championship between Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. The fronts feature the words Predictor Card with a ball in place of the “o” with the relevant country name on it. The card backgrounds are gold, green or black depending on the country featured. The cards were part of a competition and numbered backs explain details of how to win. It would appear that whichever country won if you sent a copy of the relevant card to Futera’s Australian address you would be entered into a draw for various prizes including an Australian jersey autographed by the team, a signed Wallaby football or limited edition card series. For the record the winners were New Zealand, but it is too later to enter as the competition closed on 30th September 1996! Size 89 x 64mm.
