Topps (USA) Films, TV, Sci Fi & Comic Art Planet of the Apes The Movie 2001 Planet of the Apes The Movie 2001 LT90 - “Remakes are never as good as the original” and the 2001 Planet of the Apes film proves the point. With a starry cast and the benefit of modern technology demonstrated to us in the behind-the-scenes cards in this series, the end product failed to achieve the impact of the 1968 version with Charlton Heston, despite a hundred million dollar budget. Very watchable nonetheless, as we see on these cards. Size 89 x 64mm.
