Sanitarium (New Zealand) Rugby Union & League All Blacks Code Black (Rugby Union) 2013 All Blacks Code Black (Rugby Union) 2013 M30 - These Code Black Play/Score/Win cards were originally issued in sheets in Weet-Bix cereal packets in New Zealand – 4 players in the 1kg boxes and 3 players and a blank card in the 750g boxes. The numbered fronts feature a small player picture with statistics underneath such as height, position, date of birth and a ‘Did you know?’ fact. For instance the card for Tony Woodcock tells us he is the most capped Prop in All Black history. Two corners on each card rounded and the others are cut at an angle. Each card contains a code which could be entered on the Weet-Bix website with the first so many able to obtain a booklet/album. The set is divided into Captain, Cut, Dummy and Skip cards which it is believe enabled you to play a game along the lines of rock, paper scissors with captain acting as trump card. Amongst the players are Gary Whetton who with his brother Alan became the first twins to play at test level for the All Blacks, Luke Romano who we are told has size 17 feet, Israel Dagg, Tawera Kerr-Barlow, Beauden Barrett, half-back Aaron Smith, Keven Mealamu, Ben Smith who won a gold medal with the rugby sevens in the 2010 Commonwealth Games, Ma’a Nonu, Daniel Carter, Owen Franks, Kieran Read, Andrew Hore, Richie McCaw the most capped All Black and Piri Weepu who also played indoor netball.
